I have a virtual Sparks card but can't see this in my rewards section. Presumably I'll be fine to sign up for this though as long as I show my Spark card on my phone when I go?

I'm the same as you. Signed up and went in this morning. I told them I only have the M&S app, and they didn't even ask to see it. 🏽

This is is great. Thank you.
Also worth noting that Everlast gyms are doing free three days passes too for when this expires - could see us freeloaders through to february when there are usually better deals

Is there a way to sign up so it starts on the 11th feb itself? Latest i can see is the 9th currently

Thank you for this. Currently recovering from arm surgery, and physio suggested maybe doing some swimming, so this has come at the perfect time!

Do you to need 2 people for this...? Or just 1 person attend? Thanks (edited)

I only have the Sparks card on my phone - no physical card. That counts, right?
(Also I've had a trial at my local Nuffield before - do you think they check?)
    psd99's avatar
Prob they dont check but if they ask just say u didnt have a trial.

I only also have the card on my phone as i have digital receipts only

Anyone know if you can just keep using Nuffield free trials? Or do they actually pick up on this…?
    L33TL33's avatar
It’s says in the T&Cs “for first time visitors only”. But I’m going to do it until someone brings it up

I used the last 10 day free trial and planned to sign up straight after. Sadly they bumped up the monthly cost for members with Vitality from £35 to £40 per month. That’s a hell of a lot more over 12 months. Currently paying £22pm at another gym with a pool
    fade2black3's avatar
£22 a month is a bargain without a pool, so you've got a good deal there. Without trying to stalk you, whereabouts is that?

Do they ask you to sign up for monthly membership after the free trial
    fade2black3's avatar
They may ask you, but they don't force it on you.

    Don't trust them!

Last year their manager on site refused to honour it after taking copy of your ID, reason being I had used their gym previously. Seems to be their way to collect your personal information.

Even complained to their head office to no avail, complete waste of time
    fade2black3's avatar
So because you had taken them up on the offer previously (which it states if you have then you cannot get this), then they are in the wrong...? Clearly they took your ID to check that you hadn't been with them before, which they were right to do so.

Just got this, thank you OP
  25. Skbadda's avatar
Didn't take any ID from me at all started Monday. I've been going every day jumping in the pool tomorrow (lol). I won't be joining, though it's £120 PM way over my budget (edited)

Go to mark and Spencer’s website on the internet and register an account, download the app M&S Sparks and log into the app with your login details (edited)

Great find. I’ve never seen this on my app but was able to sign up through your link. You fill in a piece of paper when you get there so if you’re worried about previous trials you could just tick first visit I doubt anyone working there is very concerned about this unless you are doing something else wrong while you are there or rude to the person serving you.
