Spotted that you can now book free tickets to the Eden project for 9th to 17th March for two people. You will just need to show any lottery ticket/scratchcard on the day (can be any date). If you don't have an old lottery ticket/scratchcard then believe the cost would be from £1 to purchase a scratchcard. Usual adult ticket cost for the Eden project is from £33 each so a decent freebie. Terms listed below.

From 9-17 March 2024, you'll be able to use any National Lottery ticket to get free entry to the Eden Project for you and a guest. Please note, booking in advance is required. The offer is redeemable by one adult plus one guest. Limited availability, tickets must be pre-booked in advance. 10th March is Mothers day.

Thanks for posting, huge temporary reduction. I considered going there last September but was put off by the extortionate entry fee. I have been before and like it but is it really worth £33 per adult? The best botanical garden in the UK - Kew, is less than half that…. Hmmm…

I have been to both and Kew is definitely better value and much more interesting. Eden just seemed big but without the variety and quality. If you are in Cornwall on a rainy day it is probably better than sitting in the car but I would not make a special trip to see it. Kew on the other hand I have been to London a few times just to go to Kew.

Just for reference, you can get free entry on a Saturday morning for parkrun. You don't have to run, spectators get free entry too

    If only I wasn’t 325 miles away

3.25 miles away with free entry is still a tough decision on whether to bother going. Very underwhelming when I went.

Save £1 by picking up one of the many losing tickets that are littering our streets. Anyway, I don't agree with the Eden Project encouraging gambling, cooling added for this reason alone.

    over 300 miles away
diesel alone makes it unviable when you could fly for less than the cost of the diesel

    shame

I'm sure when I last went it was a "donation welcome", but it was free for entry

Lol I thought this was "The Eden Project" the music artist (also known as "EDEN"). What a throwback to 2014 that was. Would've been cool to get those tickets (edited)

    Only 30 min.....

I think that's the time slot to enter, not how long your allowed to stay. I don't think I could run though the domes in 30mins without an Ambulance crew present.

It looks like bubble wrap so much, I just have to go and pop some.
