Any contact numbers for Subway customer services

Hi All

Ive had a look and cannot find any phone numbers for Subway and nobody gets back via the online contact form. The customer service is terrible. Does anyone know if Subway has customer services number? or anyone know of their head office/even CEOS contact details? Any help/info much appreciated, thanks in adv

There is this, but for a London address, it lists a Cambridge (I think) number corporate-office-headquarters.co.uk/sub…ay/

Gives the same details, and 192 are often good

The London address looks like a rented Regus office. So it looks like their management physical presence is kept to a legal minimum (edited)

Subway I think is a franchise business. So, if your issue is with a particular outlet you should think about taking it up direct with that outlet.

On further checking it looks like their London office is only for dealing with finding property sites. Subway Realty.

They had several senior members based in Cambridge, so the previous phone number might return something. Although most have left.
The address is Chaston House, Mill Court, Great Shelford, Cambridge, CB22 5LD

To be honest, I don't think you will have much luck. They are very quiet in their dealings. Try your luck with finding their director Lindsay Jane COOK. Although be VERY cautious how you phrase your communication because she is a very qualified lawyer
