Complete waste of time, never track any transactions.

That's not true. Anything where the cashback value is less than £1 will track as normal to give you hope and suck you in.

Welcome to another episode of "why won't quidco pay my bonus cashback".
    1. Quidco did not track as the final referral
    2. Retailer has said you used a voucher code
    3. Retailer says you changed or returned your order
    4. Didn't even show as tracked
    5. Shows as tracked but never moves to confirmed & all tickets are ignored

I had one where they said the retailer (Boots) declined but couldn't give a reason why, I queried with Quidco and the agent couldn't find any reason why it should have been declined as per the terms and conditions.

In the end they just said 'cashback isn't guaranteed' which is their get out of jail free card to decline even if you have met the terms and conditions.

    A pointless waste of time.

Following the link, I just get a bunch of offers to choose from for stuff like £5 off a £30 gaming spend.

    Same for me

Over the years I've gotten myself £1500 total cashback from Quidco. In this last year upon discovering TopCashback, I've barely touched Quidco. It is nowhere near as reliable as TCB, and often the rates are poorer. I think they need to sharpen up their game pronto.... TCB process is just much nicer to use

Unreliable, and yet you've got £1,500 successfully.

Quidco need better rates... and yet today they're giving £5 away while TCB aren't.

In what way is TCB a better process?

BTW I use both, but find Quidco slightly more reliable.

Only had one bonus ever pay, ironically 20 quid on a 99p purchase

I've given up using quidco now. Waited months and months for cashback that then never came, and was difficultto follow up later on. The possibility of cashback is nice, but don't count on it! Used to be a great concept, now I find it just time-wasting and unreliable.

Same, trying to get support from them is non existent.

Don't trust them anymore. I lost my cashback in multiple occasions. I now use topcashback.

Honestly I've had issues with both, recently TCB say things like we weren't the last referrer even though I clear cookies, history and go via their app.

Bought something from Cdkeys for 80p and cashback already tracked and tied to the bonus. £4.20 for a minutes work ain't bad

I'm never selected for these emails

I couldn't believe I got the email this morning, this is the first time I've ever been selected for one of these! Definitely an easy £5 bonus 😃

This one, there being 3 current variations  I know of?

Says "The Bonus is £10 which is in addition to the retailer’s cashback rate and will be rewarded when the qualifying cashback is confirmed." in the T&C, must be a mistake, likely to just be £5

Superdrug on Quidco offers very specific deals. Does it mean it's not going to track if I order toothpaste?

There were several similar looking £5 offers, only one of which required no minimum spend. Possibly you loaded the wrong one?

No min spend if you don’t count £30 *on my offer atleast* (edited)

We're sorry to say we’ve hit our opt-in limit for this promotion.

Keep visiting Quidco and checking our emails to be notified of upcoming bonus events. In the meantime, why not browse for more amazing cashback offers?

That deal should be marked as expired then! (edited)

I hate Quidco, sorry. They don't always pay out. Prefer TopCashBack.

Does this offer include ebay purchases ? I see it says upto 5,000 retailers so maybe it means every retailer listed on the Quidco site? Thanks in advance.

Edit: I don’t seem to have gotten an email!? I’m tempted to spend £40 on eBay!. I see TCB is doing a £2 off £5 spend but I’ll probably just use that for vouchers!? (edited)
