Bought two last week and they had massive black marks all on the insides of the sleeves. Messaged customer service and they indirectly called me a liar, and said if I don’t like what they send out, then just to shop in store? Honestly don’t know what’s wrong with some companies customer service! It’s beyond shocking; to the point it’s almost unbelievable! (edited)

I had problems with Dunelm as well. My whole area was snowed in on the day my order needed to be collected, i turned up as soon as i could, but it was the day after the 7 day collection window.

They still had the item i ordered in the store but wouldn't give it to me because the 7 day window was over. It was no longer on their website to buy as it was an end on line reduction. So Despite knowing i had paid for it, and wanted it, they refused to give it to me and sent it back to head office.
