Is this good for cleaning wiper blades...and making them stop squeaking?
    Cheeky_Chap's avatar
    You're joking I hope!

Technically it would probably help solve the squeaking, but you may struggle to see clearly through a smeared windscreen and you might even get pulled over

I've just bought a marquee (arriving today) 6m x 8m. The structure is made out of galvanised steel poles. I want to maintain this marquee for atleast 10yrs. Would this be useful to get for cleaning the bottom of the poles that touch the bare ground which might get moisture on it?

Definitely, it's an excellent water dispersant. Just don't expect it to lubricate.

Price matching the Halfords deal. This stuff pongs a bit;!

Lovely smell though. Instantly takes me back to the 90's when I first got into mountain biking! 😁

bought 2 - that'll teach my many WD40 cans to go missing yesterday when I needed them.

That's why it's important to have a specific location for them.

Now if I could just remember to put them back there after every use

I know we all love PTFE but it is a forever chemical damaging to us and the environment so if you are going to use it, use it with care.

Won't post to Northern Ireland, what a surprise.

Thanks, saved me the bother of finding out myself.

PTFE is no longer used with new batches of GT85. Hopefully this is part of the old batch so I can stock up.

Halfords all seem to have new batches these days

Great product. This was recommended by a locksmith to use on my window locks and door locks rather than WD40.

Does it help with keys jamming in keyhole?
