All you really need is 4.1. The others are just refinements & remixes of essentially the same formula.
I wouldn't even bother with its DLC.

Enjoy it for what it is; couch co-op that's janky & hilarious but short-lived. Worth 77p of anyone's money.

Yes they're low budget and cheesy and dumb and when you kill something the physics turn to polystyrene... But that's what makes these games so fun!

Even the spin offs this time around have been great. Iron Rain is a more visually polished version of the mainline series (but not terrible like insect Armageddon was) And World Brothers is a surprisingly great, cutesy intro to the series for the Minecraft generation.

Everyone should buy this. Especially if you have friends to play them with!

This is probably my most favourite game franchise. 5 is best, followed by 4.1.
One problem with this game is despite it being 7 years old, it was rare to ever see it on discount.
If you like HellDivers 2 you should enjoy this

For anybody interested in the second bundle (4.1 + Wingdiver the shooter) it is fractionally cheaper for he next 19 hours, at time of post, to buy 4.1 for 0.77 from this bundle and purchase wingdiver from steam or humble individually as it's on sale for 2.94 for just under 24 hours. Comes to 3.71 for both games that way.

Most of the items in the higher tiers seem to be DLC for 4.1. Is there any must haves in the bunch or are most better of just getting the base game for 77p?

Checked both steamdb and cd keys. Steamdb says that the cheapest price 5 has ever been is £13.94 and on cd keys it says £14.29. So top tier package is worth it as well. Bottom one with 4.1 is worth it as steamdb says the lowest its been is £7.49. (edited)
