Are theses any good? I wish Google would make one what works with all android devices so its actually useful.

Google has created a tracking platform that runs in the background on all Android devices. There should be trackers from different brands coming out that will use it. Chipolo are making one but it's been hit by repeated delays chipolo.net/en/…int

Will they work as a car tracker? Theoretically they should, I believe. Please share the wisdom

Shame it only works on Samsung devices

People should wait for Find My Device to go live rather than going with Samsung only trackers. With Find My Device all Android phones will help track lost trackers rather than just Samsung phones.

I have the version 1 ones and they're great but have to change the battery a couple of times a year. I like that these last longer and have ordered two. I know the date is a while off but last time they got stock within a week or two. For Easter we're going on a driving holiday anyway so not worried about airports and luggage.

what happened to amazon not taking money until an item was despatched? They seem to take it on ordering all the time now.

I have Tile and it's terrible!!! Is this better????
    dealfiend101's avatar
    Why is it?
  20. shanemaxell's avatar
I don't really see the point of these trackers that are locked to a manufacturer-specific platform. Yes, that's what Tile is, but it was the first major tracking device so it became the go-to (and only) option, allowing for their mesh network to grow. Now that both Apple/iOS and Google/Android are installing tracking apps in the background of all their devices surely it is better to go with a tracker that supports one of these?

Don't think the android network is live yet?
  21. universe1992's avatar
Will it work further than bluetooth distance ? Do you have to take out subscription to use it ?
  22. sboothy's avatar
How does this work? Amazon have them in stock for delivery tomorrow at £23.20 but the spring deal delivery is 8th may but at £17.50

Superb deal... I have just bought a 4 pack from the US which worked out with postage etc.... £71 so this is a bargain

If you do want the 4 pack (with white and black) then this seems to be the cheapest way to buy them... amazon.com/dp/…Q9S (edited)

    1. Do you need a Samsung phone for this?
    2. If not, do you need a Samsung phone for full functionality?

    Thanks
