    I just use garden wire. It's reusable, cheaper, and you can cut the length you like.

    Use these on loads of my cables. Works perfectly on all the ones I bought them for, like usb cables etc. I doubt many people would look at these and think "those will do perfectly for the 40ft extension cable in the garden"
