The only plug you will ever need.

Not entirely true. These won't fit into a 240v socket and provide power. On a serious note though, these are brill and trump all others I've tried.

Best in class. Once you use them, thrice you use them.

Can anyone link any good screws that go well with this plug?

I was going to ask the same question. I'm clueless when it comes to brands of screws/nails/etc.

Slightly cheaper at city plumbing, if you have a store local for pick up.

Best plugs ever. Used in a somewhat porous wall and they hold incredibly well.

    Never seen these before.

I've been using B & Q grey, red and brown plugs for years, which your lucky if you can get them in the hole without them breaking.

Ordered 5s, 6s and 8s of these to replace the above. Thanks OP.

I snapped mine putting it in a brown hole and it came out red.

Superb plugs, also grabbed the 8s as they seem a decent price too.

Cheers OP, ordered a box of 6's n 8's... I tend to use these for anything with a bit of heft, for smaller/ligher stuff tend to use rawl brands... screwfix.com/p/r…384

I always use a 5.5 bit to drill tho, not a 6 - get a better fit generally

Can you use these to put a TV on a wall , 8mm do it ?
    christopher.spencer's avatar
Depends on the surface etc... Wall anchors are better imo... but yes they can do in a brick/concrete wall

I have a set that came with screws. The screws are 40mm long and 4.25mm wide at the thread.
