Please read the latest UK Government guidance related to the use of e-Scooters
Cheapish/bargain new electric scooter, and from a reputable seller (Amazon.it). Not going to get into the legalities etc, buy it if you want one, use it within the law of the land you live in.
I've included the shipping in the total cost as it is about £20 and is unavoidable, you can get the price down buy paying in Euro's but it's not much only about £7-10.
I've not used a 4 or 4 Pro but heard good things about them, especially with the increased incline capabilities, any info welcomed from real users experiences before mine arrives.

Features and details
Completely improved dimensions, more comfortable ride: height increased by 39 mm, length increased by 64 cm, handlebar width increased by 102 mm and footrest width increased by 15 cm
The new 10" tire size offers better shock absorption performance and ensures greater stability and comfort when driving, even on bumpy roads; The tubeless design can reduce the risks of tire punctures and together with the deeper tread ensure that the tires last a long time
The high-capacity battery allows you to reach a maximum range of 35km and meet your daily needs; The powerful engine, however, offers a maximum speed of 20km/h and can overcome slopes with an inclination of up to 16%. Also you can adjust the speed in 3 levels to meet your driving needs
The dual braking system with disc brake on the rear wheel and E-ABS system on the front wheel ensures better control efficiency, reducing the braking distance
The scooter battery can last longer thanks to the KERS kinetic energy recovery system
By connecting the scooter to the Xiaomi Home app you can unlock further functions; For example, you can check the speed and remaining charge in real time, information on remaining mileage and errors, and how to lock the scooter

sorted byits legal if hire one though as gov can take a cut from that businesses tax return go figure… (edited)
Personal transport is also needed due to the pathetic public transport on offer for a lot of people and it only seems to get worse, which is sad and annoying. (edited)
Egret or E-TWOW are much better & safer (edited)
Or if they purchased or imported cheap products that don't meet current UK standards.
