Has anyone else had the problem with this phone and the new HyperOS, that when you switch apps, the previous app resets and loses context state? Absolute pain for anything that you need to verify on another app like make a Paypal payment or form filling. If so, anyone found a solution that works? (edited)

It's probably due to the low ram, and the device being unable to keep the apps in memory. If multitasking is important, you should be getting a phone with 8gb ram+ imo

looks like the discount must be applied before you can attach a points coupon, this takes precedent and once applied will not allow use of points coupon so £84 is the lowest i can go and my points coupon runs out today

Got one last week and it is a great phone for parents to use. Just one advice, do not update it to hyperOS as I checked it online everyone complains for lagging issues.

Ordered it when the wind woke me up at 3.30am! I have a Note 9, it is just starting to show its age, so this was perfect timing! We also have the Note 10 and Note 11 in the house, they have all been great!

8GB of RAM is a minimum at present. Don't buy lower.
