Description
The multi-award-winning Black Bomber is a modern classic. Marrying a deliciously rich flavour with a smooth creaminess, our flagship Cheddar cheese lasts long on the palate and remains demandingly moreish.

Black Bomber has won awards at The British Cheese Awards, Nantwich International Cheese Awards, the World Cheese Awards, and received a “Super Gold” award at Mondial du Fromage in France. More recently, Black Bomber was awarded 2* in the Great Taste Awards.

Give their Rock Star one a go, that's awesome as well if not even better

Got given a gift set of this + 3 other cheeses and pickle, really nice cheese wrapped in wax. (edited)

Yeah those sets are nice. The best bit might be the pickle though - those little jars of Snowdonia pickle may not be cheap but they are absolutely delicious!

Quality rarely comes cheap. It's like your taste buds are having a party in your mouth. Might be relatively expensive but really good value.

You can get M&S mature cheddar cheese for £2.80. Tastes good for sure. Do try.

I love their extra mature 550g for £4 and I get 10/15% off with their sparks offers quite often. It’s really good on par with Davidstow but for me Snowdonia is in a league of their own.

Thank yo for all the extra input.
The Rock Star wasn’t showing for me as I had already booked a c&c slot with one of my locals and I guess they aren’t stocking it or might’ve been out of stock. I’ll definitely make an effort to find some as I’ve never had it before.

Good to see Lemmy getting his own Welsh cheese as he had lived in North Wales.

I managed to buy a stash in the post Xmas Sainsbury’s sale at half price but just cut into the last one . People are downvoting it as it seems expensive, and it is but it’s such a treat that it’s worth it even at full price. Personally I am very happy to see it reduced in Waitrose.

Still got some of the Sainsbury 1p Godminster Vintage Bruton Beauty from post Christmas. I buy almost nothing from Waitrose now except fresh counter kidneys..................................
