About this deal

Finally at a reasonable price.

Set in the Comanche Nation 300 years ago, “Prey” is the story of Naru, a fierce and highly skilled warrior. She has been raised in the shadow of some of the most legendary hunters who roam the Great Plains, so when danger threatens her camp, she sets out to prove herself a worthy hunter. The prey she stalks, and ultimately confronts, turns out to be a highly evolved alien Predator with a technically advanced arsenal, resulting in a vicious and terrifying showdown between the two adversaries.

I thought this was a nice reboot of the franchise. I hope they do more

I dont think it was a reboot? Just another Predator occurrence.
Was an interesting concept, but the Predators IQ seems to off dropped considerably. And compared to the original, or even the second one its like 1/10 material. Its only when measured against the last one it starts to look good Its time we left this franchise alone. Like Terminator, Alien(s) etc they will never recapture the originals.

I quite liked this, it was thought out quite well (especially liked the link up to Predator 2 (with the flintlock pistol memento)).

I liked the first AvP film too, not so keen on the 2nd one. The Predators film (where the human prey is dropped off on an alien planet) was good, but could have been better.

Of all the Predator films (and franchise crossover films), I think this one is in the top 3 or 4 for me. (edited)

The comics did handle Adolini's Pistol far better, so this came across as disappointing to me.
The comics had him as a Pirate captain who was mutinied by his crew and he and the Elder Predator from P2 fought the crew with the Pred intending to kill Adolini himself.

It had the Flintlock as a genuine momento, not just a "hey remember this" from a nobody character,
