Check the HDMI, they always break, if you wobble it around and the picture cuts, the HDMI is on the blink....... Pisses me off that they still make them so weak. (edited)

I know plenty of my friends with xbox hdmi port issues. And only 1 with ps5.
The way I look at is just treat it lovely and don't remove the cable once it's in or use a seperate 90 degree on it (edited)

Had nothing but trouble with a faulty item from them, only after chasing them for a couple of weeks did they refund me after finally admitting that the goods were faulty before they sent them.

I bought a slim from cash generator for £329.99 boxed too, even came with a nice stand, was really impressed with it.

You can pretty much guarantee that in any shops like this they would have updated it to the newest firmware to "test" it lol no chance of getting an old hackable one unless you buy from someone who hasn't turned it on in months
