All look the same in pictures but the quality is very different , I prefer to buy them from Screwfix.

I used to get mine from work….FOC apparently!

Slightly cheaper on Amazon, plus there are better deals for a 12 pack on Ebay so without the 70%, it's a total rip off.

Do you have a link please

Bought once to test out and wouldn't buy again. Yes, you get more sheets per roll, but they have limited use in my opinion. Good for garages, utility rooms, etc, but too thin for kitchen/food use.

They are unfortunately rubbish, poor quality...try to wipe light coloured surfaces with it and it will leave blue trail of particles

These are usually available at Asian supermarkets for around £6-8 anyways.

So many of those blue rolls are just rubbish these days.

AHH, the universal first aid of Scottish schools....bumped your head, stick wet blue roll on it, grazed knee...blue roll, snapped your arm or caved your head in...blue roll and come back at lunch

When I was at primary School in Scotland in the 70's they had toilet paper that had the same consistency of tracing paper, with now wash your hands printed on it. The few times I had to use it you didn't need to be told to wash your hands.

Love how many people are talking about other deals, better prices etc without posting links. (edited)

usual. If not that, they suggest spending just a bit more (+50% usually) for a better product.

At 160mm wide, that's just over 6". Not jumbo in my book I'm afraid

Sorry not so hot for me as many more dealers selling for 7.85/ 7.99 on eBay and an easy search can get you them.
  14. thepostie's avatar
If you have teenage boys, then the likelihood is you will get these brought home from school for free as a bit of fun.

@NHSMerseyside - Look! You don't need to pay 2.2k for 8 recycled toilet rolls any more!

Makro / Bookers normally have them for 6.99 + VAT (edited)

Never seen them that cheap in there

Are these squidgy asf or actually solid? Because only the latter are worth buying, but they ain't cheap these days.
    BlakistonsFishOwl's avatar
Squidgy, these blue rolls are wound quite loosely. I was quite surprised as they look different in the picture and the "normal" blue rolls I am used to are wound very tightly with lots of tissues. I would not recommend these unless you need the delivery, but would definitely not recommend for catering/kitchen or cleaning use.

Tiktok has some really good deals on these good quality ones

You're the second person to mention that?! Tiktok selling blue rolls?! What is the world coming to!?

I should have checked more carefully before ordering but these arrived just now and are very poor quality and half the size I was expecting when described as 'Jumbo'!
