B&M - Microfibre spray mop £4.99

Found 18th FebFound 18th Feb
From B&M. Marked as a special buy £9.99. Went through the tills at £4.99 which seems a decent price even if it's a bit orange. Selling for £14.99 on Amazon. Perfect for total… Read more
I have had two of these things and they are very cheaply made and both lasted around 5 minutes. When I returned the second one the manager said there had been several returned and he intended letting his area manager know. Maybe this is why they are offloading them. Bought a Bona one from Lakeland. More expensive of course but three year guarantee. Been great so far!

These are great. Bought a year ago. If they are the same ones then the pads are washable too which is great
typical, I paid £9.99 last week from B&M

I should say there were loads hanging on two hooks presumably because nothing to say they were £4.99, all still stickered as £9.99.

First time i'd actually seen these in stock was last week, just been tonigt, and they didn't even have any spray mops!. they had the normal pads for £8 but nothing at all to do with the spray one. I just use the non spray version of this. fill and old bottle with hot water, and a squish of floor cleaner, and just squirt, and clean as I go

Had one of these ages ago with Flash, they have stopped making them but found Wilko did the pads really cheap
I have one and it packed up spraying after a few months. Good mop though even without the spray.
Great deal. I need one of these so hope my store has them. Thanks for sharing.

Defrosting the freezer or steam cleaning the tiled bathroom it works well.I've only used tap water but I live in Cornwall so our water is as soft as us! Tempted but the site reviews are mixed, although you seem happy enough - never used one of these before - are they good for floors and wall tiles and how well do they clean them - thanks in advance!!

After reading reviews on amazon, you have to use distilled water and not tap water as it invalides the warranty due to limescale etc. Put me off buying it, gonna wait till the Vax S86 drop in price abit.
You can sign up for email discount code (but it cancels out the 15%) and its only 8%. You CANNOT stack codes.

Not sure I agree. £100 on a direct Chinese import with essentially no usable warranty is a risk of £100. £400 for an officially U.K. Supported model with a 12 month warranty is still a sizeable risk if it breaks anytime after the 13th month.

Most of the reviews I have read so far just say not much improvements. Mopping is okish and definitely not excellent and do you really need it? I think what they are trying to say is if the price is close to gen1, it's great. Otherwise it's just not worth it.
I have two of this mop - both free. They literally give hundreds of them away, so don't buy on reviews alone. It's an ok little mop, but I wouldn't want to pay a tenner for it.

I have same one but using it for 2 weeks so yet to see the problems. It has lifetime guarantee so should be ok to claim.
