    Rise is £4.99
    World is £5.99
    Iceborne is £8.99
    [£19.97 via CDKeys]

This bundle is better than it seems as it effectively prices Sunbreak as £3.93

Not to mention that a portion of the sale goes to JDRF charity to eliminate type 1 diabetes.

Is it worth buying this now? The next one is coming out next year. Which one is better for the steam deck?

go for rise + sunbreak. But from a look, seems like it is cheaper if you buy separately through key sites

So... for someone (like me) who is new to this, likes gaming but isn't sure about how much time they can put in (definitely casual - a few hours per week), would people suggest just buying the base game; Rise (£4.99 as above) and checking that out? Not sure that I would ever get to play enough to justify the crazy amount of content being talked about here.

Or is there an additional benefit to getting the expansions (eg: does Rise become better because I have World or Sunbreak)? I'm thinking about when the WoW expansions came out, the base game was improved in some ways.

The expansions do add a lot of improvements to rise but I am not sure I can recommend such a grindy game.  (edited)

How much???? Jesus thought HB was reasonable prices.

You will literally not find any better deal for both these games plus their expansions.

In what universe is this not reasonable? Man PC gamers have gotten beyond spoiled at this point.

For Humble Bundle, that's a pretty expensive bundle for what amounts to two games.

2 games but have more content than 5 games combined!

superb games both, probably have near 1000 hours across the pair though majority is world

You're paying £7.96 for about 1,500 hours worth of gameplay in this bundle + prepare yourself well for the enormous release of next year's Monster Hunter Wilds that will likely be the biggest release of 2025, behind only GTAVI.

Edit: misunderstood pricing structure of Humble Bundle. Ignore me! (edited)

That price only gets you the Rise base game. It’s £23.90 for both games & DLC

Haven't read anything about the DLC's but if it is anything like the psp games the amount of content is extreme. Also for pro and con the games are very grindy.

I was about to say, this is all very much dependent on how you define content - when the game asks you to fight the same monster over and over I found “time to boredom” pretty short, irrespective of “time to finish everything.”
