Yes you can buy hubs with 300 ports and all the features in the title for sub 20 quid. However, if you are like me with a laptop that does not have display port 1.4 capability you will only get 4k30 output, because only 2 of the 4 usb c lanes are used for video and rely on dp1.4s compression to give 4k60.
This uses all 4 lanes for video which is why you only get usb 2.0 output. This is the only one on the market I could find that gives this capability. So if you have an HP or dell laptop and only get 30hz on 4k output this is the device for you! Seems to be £60 elsewhere.
