About this deal

£672 per person for a week AI in Cuba.
Pretty, tropical gardens roll all the way down to a pristine, paper-white beach at the Iberostar Tainos.
This place looks the spitting image of a Caribbean village, with low-rise buildings cosied up to palm trees. Guests – or should we say residents – get free rein of a pool and five bars.
The hotel’s secured a spot by the sand on Varadero’s strip. It’s also just five minutes’ drive to Varahicacos Ecological Reserve, where you’ve got nature trails and a cave full of pre-Colombian paintings.
Holidays here come with our Hotel rep and 24/7 Online service. This means that an English-speaking TUI rep will visit your hotel during your stay, and info and support are available 24/7 via the TUI app.
PoolsThe pool’s shaped like a lagoon and surrounded by palms and sunbeds. There’s a kids’ pool to one side. Plus, follow the path through the grounds and you’ll end up on the beach. Read More
Food & DrinkFood supply can be limited in Cuba, but hotel chefs are skilled in making the most of what's available each day. In buffet restaurants, you can expect meat and fish options, alongside some authentically Cuban side dishes. Options for soft and alcoholic drinks can vary from time to time, too, so if you find your usual tipple isn't available, it's a great excuse to try something new.
A buffet restaurant’s on hand for all your meals. It even puts on a late-night spread for night owls. There’s also a Japanese restaurant with a teppanyaki table, as well as a thatched-roof grill place.
For drinks, you’ve got a handful of watering holes. During the day, bars by the pool and beach look after thirsty sunbathers. And after dark, there’s the lobby lounge, an al fresco bar and a theatre. Read More
EntertainmentIberostar’s popular kids’ club concept – Star Camp – is present and correct here. It’s split into two groups, so everyone from 4 to 12-year-olds are covered. Expect the likes of cooking, art and science experiments.
Come evening, you can go for a quiet one at the lobby bar, or see what’s on stage at the theatre bar. Read More
Sports & ActivitiesDaytime activities include the likes of darts and basketball. On the beach, meanwhile, the agenda revolves around watersports* and volleyball. Read More
Health & BeautyYou can turn the relaxation factor up a level with a massage*. Read More

We went and was busy with Brits and Canadians (January 2018 and 2019).
I believe its quite full of holidaying Russians now.
Fabulous country and sincere people we interacted with. Cars, building and beaches are a flashback in time. Its a yes from me.
AI drinks are basically Rum and beer
