The price looks good and so I checked the reviews on Amazon - a couple of people mentioned the lack of an E marker chip, but I have no idea how big a negative that might be.

My old laptop got fried. I have no idea if it was the cable or the charger, but IMO, both of them were safe. For 100w, I suggest you should stick with the e-marker chip, and for 60w, look at the 56 kohms resistor.

Alot of heat generated with 100w charging.
Curious if these will hold it..
Cables don't look thick enough for that?

i dont think 5A in a cable shd be a problem, remember ur phone comes with safeguards too. ur phone will never allow excess power, it will shut it down. u can imagine what charging coils do whenever unwanted bodies go near them through wireless charging, the charging process cuts out. they might look thinner pictorially and be thicker IRL. bought these last week and they support turbo-charging on my poco f3, when using the USB-A port, since you are looking for something longer, maybe these can do the job too.

try these for your 65w charging
