Looking for a roadmap to navigate the choppy waters of adulthood?
From a young age, we're all excited about the prospect of growing up and taking on the world as adults. But as we get older, we realize that adulting is not as simple as it seems. There are countless skills and knowledge required to succeed in the real world, many of which are not taught in school or at home.

That's why "Adulting Life Skills for Teens" is such an important resource. It fills the gap left by traditional education and helps prepare teenagers for the challenges of adulthood.

In this book you’ll discover;

  • Essential strategies to follow your dream and how to achieve it

  • Easy meal plan based on the nutrition you need to stay healthy and fit

  • How to raise an emergency fund and better budgeting for daily life

  • Basic skills to use the kitchen tools and prepare your meal with minimal effort

  • Plan for cleaning your home, toilet, fixing and cleaning refrigerator etc.

  • How to organize your wardrobe and maintain your fashion

  • How to deal with emotional challenges like depression and anxiety and overcome these challenges.

  • How to communicate with your classmates, teachers and your friends.

  • How to build healthy relationship with the people you interact daily and show gratitude

  • How to stay positive and grow some public interaction skills like public speaking, active listening, and problem-solving skills.

Overall this book is an indispensable lifeline in a world where the educational system often falls short of equipping teenagers with practical life skills. It's a guide that recognizes the complexity of the transition to adulthood and offers a holistic approach to bridge the knowledge gap. Whether you're just entering your teenage years at 13 or on the brink of adulthood at 19, this book holds valuable lessons to make your life journey smoother and less fraught with stress.

The book acknowledges that no teenager already knows everything about adulting. It caters to this universal truth and offers a helping hand to those ready to spread their wings and leave the nest. It's a testament that it's never too late or too early to embrace learning and self-growth, making the leap to adulthood less daunting and more exciting.

The reviews look very... staged. if a teenager has read this he/she be leaving the most eloquent reviews I have ever read.

Books like this can comfortably coexist with parenting.
    - A structured way for parents to ensure everything has been covered
    - A summary of parenting for teenagers

And not every parent has the time and skills to communicate everything to their children effectively. That's been true since even you were young and kids didn't run about on your lawn.

Been a parent myself of a 24 years old and also do volunteering work with kids, teenager young adults, I could spend weeks talking, discussing about the book, the contents, etc
Reviews we all know about it “$$$”
But every single day a see more and more the need of books/information (Whatever you guy want to called it) ways to pass the information, and teach but that DOES get through and stays with the kids, teenagers those life skills.
And a lot more and a most vast and wildly contents of BASIC SKIILS for life is much more needed this days.
    It’s sad but unfortunately true.
