For when things just pop up
The Dynamic Island blends the line between hardware and software, adapting in real-time to show important alerts, notifications, and activities. Track things like when your dinner will arrive, rewind your podcast, or see if your AirPods have connected. If two activities are happening at once, Dynamic Island splits in two. So you can chat with a friend and keep an eye on your timer.

Your best shots just got better
Day, night, indoors or out - whenever you’re at, snaps and selfies look great. You've got Night mode and the TrueDepth front camera to thank for that. Action and Cinematic settings make filming a total dream too, keeping everything smooth and automatically shifting focus to the most important subject in your scene. With a 48MP camera, you can effortlessly shoot super high resolution photos to capture incredible levels of detail. Plus, it has a 2x telephoto lens for easy zooming.

Style it out. Swap it over. Sticker it up.
iOS 17 lets you customise your iPhone in fun new ways. Create a contact poster for when people call by using a favourite pic of them or a Memoji. Want to swap contact details with someone? Simply bring your iPhone close to theirs and you can both choose what information you want to share in an instant. Plus, if you’ve got a photo of an object you love, simply touch and hold the object in a photo to create a sticker.

5G capability

Say bye-bye to buffering. The super-fast 5G ready connection zips through downloads at record pace. Stream, browse, and watch whatever you want, wherever you want. Waiting forever for your Instagram feed to load up will be a distant memory.

Immersive screen, with super vivid colour

Of course, the screen looks fantastic - this is Apple we’re talking about here. The super-bright Super Retina XDR display means it’s essentially a TV that fits in your pocket, with high resolution and colour accuracy making scrolling, liking, reading, and whatever else you’re up to, super smooth. True Tone’s a life-saver when you’re out and out too, adjusting what’s on-screen to the ambient light around you.

Dust, drop and splash resistant

Ceramic Shield safeguards against unexpected bumps and knocks, whilst the fingerprint-resistant coating helps keep your phone looking glamorous. IP68 water resistance also means there's no need to worry if you accidentally drop it in the bath either. Still, best to avoid taking a dip together if you can. Designed to take life’s knocks, the iPhone 15 is encased in aerospace-grade aluminium whilst the innovative design features back glass that has colour infused throughout the material.

For the bigger bumps and knocks
Crash Detection calls for help when you can’t. Identifying any sudden shifts in speed, direction and pressure, the iPhone 15 automatically calls 999 and notifies emergency contacts if you don't respond.

Emergency SOS via Satellite
With Emergency SOS via Satellite, you can text with the emergency services, even when cellular and Wi-Fi coverage aren’t available. (This service is included free for two years with the activation of any iPhone 15 model, after which time charges will apply. Connection and response times vary based on location, site conditions and other factors.)

A battery for all day and all night
Run apps like YouTube and Netflix for up to 20 hours without the need to grab the nearest charger. When you do need a bit more juice, it's Fast Charging compatible, so don’t worry about being tied to an outlet for too long.

SIM free
This mobile phone comes SIM-free and unlocked. You’ll have access to SIM-only deals, so there’s no requirement to commit to any network. These usually offer far better value for money – especially for all-important data plans.

Topcashback works with johnlewis now. And you can purchase discounted gift cards from them directly. Also search for the giftcardstore.52173930-asDBg.jpg52173930-AGcL7.jpg

I have been thinking about upgrading from an XR for a while, was about to buy this but the negative comments on the 15 across the various HUKD are putting me off it. I have no issues with the trusty XR but feel I’m being left behind in the iPhone world!(excited)

I purchased an iPhone 13, 14 months ago then took my wife’s iPhone 10 put a new battery in it and it’s like new. I tend to always upgrade hers then take her old one, which she keeps in a flip case so it’s like new, just maybe needs a new battery 🤪

Heat, hers was £559 when Tesco messed up a deal a couple years ago so this seems like a decent price for a 15. Probably wait another year or so then upgrade hers again and swap (edited)

    Better off with a pixel

If your preference is for android, yes.
I would argue that if your preference is for a compact android, you're better off with an s24 though.

Years of waiting for them to finally move to USB-C and they limit it to USB 2.0 speeds. Fast USB is a 'pro' feature, apparently.
    ashraf86uk's avatar
I’ll be honest I haven’t used a cable to move data around in over 4 years I don’t think it will affect you much. AirDrop to my Mac is pretty fast enough

Bought from JL 3 weeks ago for £749, worth trying to get the difference refunded or no?
    anoodle's avatar
Absolutely! If they drop the price within 35 days you can go and they will refund the difference. My parents did it with a hoover that went down £60 and they got the money back as cash.

What phone is best to upgrade to from an 11 Pro?
    cantonbean's avatar
iPhone 15 Pro. iPhone 15 PM or S24 ultra but they are much bigger. As a smaller alternative S23 or the Pixel 8. Won’t recommend any Samsung phone with their exynos chip. It’s funny as google have done a better job with Samsung chips. In short though iPhone 15 Pro is the logical upgrade. (edited)

Anyone heard of the iPhone 15 having overheating issues?
    ashraf86uk's avatar
Had it since release no overheating issues for me. Most of the complaints were from pro users. My battery cycle is on 168 so far and 100% capacity

Was about to purchase a 15 then all phone assistants I spoke to said wait for the 16 due to 15 running too hot
    scoobiedoo's avatar
I think it's only the 15 pro that runs hot. The normal 15 has a completely different chip set

This is a good price. Ok if you don't care about the 60hz screen and the stripped back usb-c
    skinrush's avatar
I think if apple put 120hz on the normal non pro iPhone, very few people would buy the pro.
  18. AverageBloke's avatar
Are Apple struggling to sell these or are they just not very good? I only ask as these are being discounted so soon after release.
    sivilis3d's avatar
The former is because of the latter. Apple will never price cut unless there's a lack of demand. (edited)
  19. mark_websterlVo's avatar
Wow, £100 off a phone that's £300 more than what it should be in the first place.
    Craig_ward's avatar
Spec wise this is £200 all day long when you compare with a Xiaomi or Honor.

Just waiting for all the people to say I am an apple hater and this just works haha

Phones like this just make you realise how much better the Samsung and Pixel devices are (edited)

thats a huge outlay for a device that Apple will gimp the performance with in Aug/Sept just before the next new model & major iOS update that they will force on users,

    Why tho?
has Samsung downfall started because they discounted the s24 and added free items to get people to buy it even before release date? (edited)

My friend has this phone and paid £900 for the 512gb a month back, this is a great deal. What a lovely phone. Out of my price range though. Back to my iPhone 11!!! Sigh! 😃 Great deal op!
Does a phone like this come with apple care or is it extra pls? Thank you!
  33. MrGrump's avatar
Hot hot hot! Still happy with my iPhone 12 which, apparently Apple would have “gimped” by now. Still as good as the day I got it.

    is 128Gb enough?

I am hoping to upgrade for an iPhone 8 Plus 256Gb and never have had to worry about optimizing my photos etc, but I see I am using around the 120Gb mark, but I see I can optimize photo storage which will save me 50Gb.

Also the other space hogs seem to be WhatsApp and Spotify, but maybe I can do a tidy
    JasSingh93's avatar
I’d go 256GB as you’re likely going to collect more photos and media over time. I was filling ~240GB of my old (256GB) device but glad I went for the higher 512GB upgrade. Won’t need to worry about storage for a long time. (edited)
