    Major issues with O2 right now a few people getting phones others stuck in limbo for days with very poor customer service.

    also add that a Hard credit check it done when taking this out so if you hear nothing from O2 like many youll have hours of hassle to get the credit check removed.

    Son and friend order two different handset when £200 off code was working and received it fine.
    Cancelled sim OK as well.
