Just had to send an iphone back to giffgaff - it was suffering from screen-burn. No matter what menu I was in, I could see home buttons burned onto the screen. I've now ordered approx 5 phones from giffgaff and 4 of them have had to go back. Their "checks" are worthless.

Some decent deals here for the fruit lovers and as it's GiffGaff can always return if not happy with condition ♨️

I also purchased a refurbished phone from giffgaff recently but the phone ringing volume was very low even at the highest setting and the earpiece also seemed low. I had to transfer everything back to the old phone and send it back to giffgaff.

I ordered this yesterday and received it today. There were scratches on screen which isn’t looking good so it returned to them immediately.

Keep thinking about upgrading, but when my phone drops off the sofa onto the floor or out of my pocket, it reminds me why I haven't done so yet !

I thought iphones hold their value well but a near 40% depreciation in less than a year is no good

Really tempted to try getting one again but afraid it'll be another blacklisted phone. I've also ported away from GiffGaff last week which means I'll need to buy a £10 top up more as well. Does anyone know if I returned the phone for a refund (if another blacklisted one), will they refund the £10 top us as well?

Just tried and there is NOT an option to NOT buy a Giffgaff plan ( understandable).

Just scroll down to below '£35/mo' and click 'I don't need a plan'.
