Which network is the best to use for apple cellular?

You do t really have a choice. It has to be the same as your iPhone as it doesn’t have a separate line. No mvnos support it, only the likes of o2, Vodafone and EE. Not worth the additional cost unless you have a specific need, e.g. not wanting to take you iPhone out when running.

Looking to buy an Apple Watch as a gift. Can anybody help, this or the SE23 for a first time apple watcher lol! Which face size is best for a male and anybody help with the strap size on this one, I cant see it anywhere, thank you

Quick google:

The difference really comes down to health tracking. By choosing the SE, you'll miss out on the Apple Watch's ECG app, blood oxygen sensor and new temperature sensor. Whether those features are necessary depends on what you hope to get out of your smartwatch.

For the sake of £30 I'd go series 8.
