    I bought this set last year and yes - the backing started coming off it after the third wash. It’s quite a thin pile too so starts looking a bit povvy quickly.

    Those pedestal carpets seem as dated as people choosing to have carpet in the bathroom. But I guess if you do have a carpeted bathroom you need to protect the carpet from a poor aim.

    Isn't the mat for the sink PEDESTAL, not the toilet BOWL? If you're aim is that bad I think you need more than a mat, or just stop peeing in the sink
