    For vegetable oil you are better off getting Asda 1l bottles at £1.55 healthier than sunflower oil. Also please add a link.. (edited)

    Sunflower oil is lower in polyunsaturated and higher in monosaturated fat, so sunflower oil is better than vegetable oil, specially if using for frying

    Crikey is that how much oil prices have shot up. Have to say since buying the air fryer I don't need lots of oil any more. Thank goodness tbh.
