I liked this when it was a free weekend and i bought it. Then after the free weekend players were gone the average skill level I was playing against increased 10 fold and I hated it. (edited)

Does the anti cheat still have rootkit access to your PC ?, if so its gonna be a nah forever.

It uses easy anti-cheat which has kerbal access for as long as your game sessions lasts.

Unlike FACIT or Vanguard which have kerbal access 24/7, even if you aren't playing their games. (edited)

Does the anti cheat rule this out of being played on the Steamdeck?

Last I heard they were moving to FACEIT anti-cheat which didn't support Linux at the time, but then there was all this noise that they'd convinced FACEIT to make a Linux version, but I've not seen any updates to that.

ProtonDB suggests it works at present, though.
