    3 large boiled eggs have almost the same ammount of protein as this. And doesn't have the Rapeseed Oil that def isn't healthy for you.

    I've tried a few but most have a funny taste. You are not saving the planet by giving your kids ultra processed food.

    Obviously some are worse than others.

    I'm not sure if there is a healthier version of plant based but I'm open to try. Till then those ribeyes are still on the menu.
