I'm not generally in favour of all-in-one sets because there's always awkward edge cases you end up having to keep separately.

But if I were going to get one, it would be this. They've covered the bases very smartly and the quality will be top notch.

That said, doesn't really go higher than £25 and often lower than this so don't leap out of your seat.

    Same price at FFX.

I've ordered from them 3 times and no delivery had to get eBay to get refund from them. (edited)

The set looks alright - but 19 metal drill bits? I don’t need them that often

Typically the Bosch Blue (professional) is good kit but the sceptic in me feels that they just lobbed a bit of Blue cardboard over the case and are passing it off as a top quality set. Hard to believe this is the case at 20 quid.

yh i agree also the bits dont look like the bosch professional bits, they're normally coated blue. skeptical

Been posted a few times previously, discussion always on quality and whether it's proper Bosch Pro.

Always worth searching on previous deals for these big sets of tools/sockets/accessories as generally they just keep reappearing.

All in one box, I'm tempted, as currently I have to carry around 2-3 different boxes!

I have this and it’s brilliant has most of what you need, size range if drill bits and different bits is great

I rarely read that this sort of set is any good in terms of quality - e.g., the Makita one is constantly slated.

Loads of positive reviews for this one on Amazon but quite a few in there too about not being professional quality, which isn't surprising given the price point.

Not a set for me but you could probably do a lot worse if building up a kit as a DIYer.

These are the best drill bits I've used

100% agree with this - had mine for years and still going strong.

got an ancient box, similar but maybe 25 years old, now missing several drill bits and so on. will finally replace it with this. ta

Didn't need it but bought it, at that price it'd be rude not to

This is a great set for budding DIY people. You most likely won’t use 95% of what’s in the box but at least you have it if you need it. Heat.

Good find, I’m looking for a good set as I bought a small makita set from Screwfix that were pants. The makita bits were the worst I have ever used, all save for one snapped after no more than a dozen 50mm holes into pine.

Multi construction are great. This set sadly is waste of space.

If you occasionally do small bits of diy at home, like screwing in a lamp or hanging up a shelf, why not.

If you use your tools for medium to substantial jobs however and work for hours, get something sturdier.
    RomanTrabant's avatar
It's actually the opposite. If you are a professional you have many sets of drill bits etc so if this one snaps you have spare ones. If you're diyer and one snaps - you're with a problem as you won't finish your job and you need to go and buy a spare one. Get good set like Milwaukee cobalt and wera bits and you're set for life.

Good price. Paid £23 exactly 8 years ago. Decent set.
