PRODUCT DETAIL
Brembo Brake Pad
Brake pads form a vital part of the disc brake system. The friction material is applied onto the brake disc surface by the caliper pistons to generate the friction to stop the wheels turning.Brake pads are goverened by legislation known commonly as "REGULATION 90". They should be replaced when worn excessivley or when replacing the brake discs. Must be replaced in axle sets. Check for any other compnents to replace such as wear sensor leads or pad fitting pins.
Brembo offers every vehicle the quality and performance of a global leader in braking systems. The high level of technology and the company's vast experience producing systems for major car manufacturers, combined with complete control of the production process, allows Brembo to provide the widest and most reliable range of spare parts, covering more than 96% of the vehicles on the road today. Brembo also means consistent quality of every component and an attentive after-sale service. A road tested choice for all cars.

Not proper brembos from ECP, just crap made under licence.

exactly - avoid, made in china and utter rubbish, noisy pads.

Personally I choose ceramic, no dust and doesn't get as hot and lasts longer.

That's a bit OTT for your 2010 VW Up

Having used these in the past, I can't recommend them.
I fitted ECP purchased Brembo discs and pads to all four corners of the Mrs car previously and found they started juddering badly within 12 months. I latterly found out from a mechanic mate that ECP Brembo are just 'rebranded crap' that doesn't hold the Brembo quality you expect. I changed to Bosch and have had no issues since.
Speaking from experience - the cheap price is a false economy.

All factually true ! Pagid is the only brand I would contemplate from ECP now as I believe TRW make the pads and they are a genuine OEM provider.

I have Apex fitted on my back discs and they squeal when it's rusted the front pagid are fine. Then again I hardly drive so it's all good but next time I'll stick to pagid
