sorted byIt's fine - the "secret" is mix it 50/50 with normal rice in your rice cooker to BULK out your rice. Half the calories/carbs and you can't really tell.
The noodles are the same stuff but better than the rice if you just want it on its own (ie if strict diet/keto/etc). (edited)
One tip I would suggest to get it to taste as close to normally rice and not have this extra bounce feel, is to place into an empty frying pan and cook it for about 10 minutes as it is, and the water will slowly reduce out of this rice and add in some salt, pepper, any hint of spice you might like and then use as normal and you will be surprised how close it will taste and feel to normal rice. And as another person has said, mixing it will normal rice will help hide the fact you have been using this.
