It seems the downside to these is "unbranded" so you kind of take a gamble on if it will actually deliver.

What I can offer is my experience. I got this in April for £30 and have used it several times with my laptop to extend it's running when the battery gets low. It does provide the 100w charging and so far has not blown up or done anything other than just work. I have had a lower wattage (65w) one for much longer and that has been great and the main reason I was happy to get this one.

Capacity wise I get about 70% of the stated capacity in real world use (which is kind of what all power banks do).

70% seems a bit too low to me, are you sure you did the conversion to Wh correctly?

Cant see any mention of PPS (programable power supply). So its a no from me
