Did you know there's a much much better alternative to what you can buy on the high street, and that's aciclovir. You can buy it from Medexpress once you fill out a form and honestly the days of having to suffer for two weeks are gone.
Two tablets a day and you're healed in days. Sometimes they never even appear. If you've ever been worried about a breakout for a wedding or holiday take them daily and you don't have to worry.
I used to suffer so badly but now I get them maybe once a year for a couple of days. Oh and don't forget to avoid Arginine when you have a breakout at all costs, that means no nuts, orange juice, grape juice, chocolate, mayonnaise ( look up a list of what else to avoid on Google )
