A very good book.

Excellent book. When I was at my lowest point from the suffering of generalised anxiety disorder, this book and the app were the best self help resources that I used. The author himself suffered from anxiety for years which helped me buy in to the DARE approach.

Genuinely thank you for this deal! I’ve had major anxiety to the point where I nearly had a nervous breakdown last year. Had setraline which I’ve recently come down from, but still have intrusive thoughts and unusual sensations.

Even just skimming through the intro sections of this helps me a little.
