Recently, I shared the LG monitor at £109 and I believe the extra ~£10 is worth for a brighter panel (250 vs 300 nits) and for the possibility to adjust it to your comfort. Both are IPS FHD at 75Hz.
Respond time is faster on the LG (1ms vs 4ms) but the Dell comes with 3 years warranty.

It has a standard 100x100 VESA mount so no problems with mounting on an arm.
Weight without stand is 4.3kg (not too heavy really), so just need to make sure the arm is suitable. (edited)
Code works only on this model however the one you linked is almost the same. (You have displayport on this one too)
