    Assume your question is 'can this monitor be rotated using its stand to be in portrait mode?' (as any monitor can be used anyway up if one just rotates it ignoring the stand)

    Answer is probably no.

    There is a comment here (where the same product is cheaper) where someone mentions a compatible stand (which would allow rotation via stand) for ~£10
