i just saw this deal earlier today, but can i ask how other people use these sauces? i do like the sound of them but wouldn’t really know what to do with it?

Could marinate some chicken and bang it in oven or airfryer...the Korean I think is best with beef

Love this stuff. Mix it up with a BBQ sauce and it so good. If anyone can find me a spicy bbq sauce at a reasonable price I’ll give you a fiver. Asda discontinued theirs!

Sweet baby Ray's honey is my go to. It's not cheap. You can mix it with a hot sauce like encona or mahi.

I've been looking for their Encona Carolina reaper hot sauce in all supermarkets around me. Not a single bottle of that stuff in Asda, Tesco.

Sainsbury's doesn't cater for hot sauce. It really is useless. They sell their own brand of Siracha Hot sauce with 5 chilli's on it, one would imagine that is hot stuff. I compared that to Encona original hot sauce with 3 chilli's, Encona was far spicier clearly not spicy enough for my palette.

Even Encona's Jamaican Scotch bonnet with 5 chilli is not sufficient Compared to the Carolina reaper one.
