Does this link to Garmin app or Google health / fit?

Looks like it doesn't link to Garmin directly, but can be done via myfitnesspal or Fitbit. However there's a risk of that being discontinued at a later date.

It does link with Google fit

Great that it uses AAA batteries. The one I have at home uses one of those CR disc batteries which barely lasts a few months.

Have they figured out how to do stones yet?

    Let's settle this debate.

I am a big advocate of the metric system!
    Kilos foreva!

I have this scale is it is decent in measuring body weight but other measurements are hit and miss. Body fat always higher a lot than medical equipment shows, BMI is higher than in reality it is. Muscle mass shown correct.

Have you had body mass scan to compare or is it just guess?

My BMI show that I'm overweight and yet I can see my abs LoL

BMI isn't real measure any more and even the NHS trying to get away from it

Bought the P1 cheap the other week and honestly not that impressed. Weight is accurate, body fat % fluctuates overnight, even in athlete mode has me as obese (I'm not honest). I haven't linked with garmin due to all the faff working around but I do like that it just sends the weight info to my phone over bluetooth and takes AAA batteries. I'm glad I never spent a lot more on Garmins scales.

Any reason to upgrade from P1 ?

It just keeps going years later, very nice scales.

Key measurements are hit and miss with all smart scales, for trends these are OK.
