Ive been playing this on xbox over the years since 2016 but I’ve bought two licenses for PC, one for me and one for my son. It’s a one player game but as I’m playing on laptop we are playing in the same room so it’s almost like two player. The new update is ridiculously stable compared to the older software and the DLC and new items/quests are great fun. Highly recommended for all, be that a 16 year old lad or his 46 year old dad!

Or just get the GOG version. They're holding off releasing the patch on their platform. Some are happy some aren't. In my opinion there is nothing "next-gen" about the patch anyway.

I bought this the other day for a heavily modded play through, shame this update borked a bunch of the mods. I'm slogging my way through though, vivid all in one and Psycho lut have the game looking pretty amazing so far. Not sure if I need to use the fallout downgrade mod yet but most probably for some of the more technical stuff.

edit: just installed all the mods listed in this post reddit.com/r/F…wn/ and I think im done on the visual front, now time for some essential gameplay mods like keeping Dogmeat out with other companions. Ive heard theres some good weapon attachment mods too. (edited)

Get the physics fix mod and unofficial patch, don't know if they work on the next gen update though.

I bought it two weeks ago.

It is buggy as hell. If your fps is over 60 characters talk in scaled up speed, and you cant understand them. It's a known bug for 8 years and bethesda havent fixed it.

Honestly the most overrated gaming company. Skip this.

Yup bought it a few weeks ago and its been a headache the 20hrs ive played. Bethesda are a useless studio.
