About this deal
This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:
It's coming up to Memorial Day in the USA so in honour of that, MyHeritage are giving free access to their collection of military records from 25–30 May, 2023. (I'm not sure which time zone it refers to as it's not a UK site and the blog post doesn't specify).
Their collection includes draft, enlistment, and service records, pension records, and military biographies from various countries around the world, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and many more.
If you’re not yet a registered member, you have to create a free account (no payment info required).
To sign up for free, go to the myheritage.com home page, ignore the prominent box offering a free trial and scroll right to the bottom of the page. There's 3 headings - "Home", "About us" and "Support". The first link under the "Home" heading is "sign up for free", so click that and fill in your name etc to create your account.
As always, save any records you find that you want to keep as they won't be available without a subscription once the free access period ends eg use the print button on the page, print to pdf via the print button or screenshot the information.
The deal link is to the blog post describing the offer. There's a link on the blog post which takes you to the military records page.
Alternatively you can use the first link below to go to a list of the available collections which can be filtered by country and date and also searched by individual collections.
The second link will search all of the collections at once based on your search terms.
