    But 8gb of soldered RAM for £650 is basically forcing a short lifespan or cloud services on people. Windows plus a few chrome tabs and it's at 100%

    I do think there should be some laws about basic upgradeability on laptops.

    A good price and i think you get the 2 year warranty from JL too. It still seems to be too much to ask for any 15.6 Pro version from anyone at a very good cheap price. Ive been looking at JL's site for a couple of months and the i5 has been cheaper ( 256Gb) even to the extent that the Book 2 and 3 were for a few weeks only £10 difference in price. I've come to the conclusion that their are only a few retailers that are selling/ allowed to sell the pro versions for some reason, and JL is one that is'nt. Hot from me.

    Wouldn't drop £649 on any laptop with 8GB of RAM and a 1080P screen.
