Nice, the Alexa integrated ones are down in price again too - £29.99
I went with them but maybe I should have got these instead...I'm becoming a Govee addict, I have the t2 and light bars already. (edited)

You probably made the best choice. The ones which don't link to Alexa or Google are a bit fiddly as you have to use there specific app. I got different branded ones upstairs than downstairs but all link to Alexa so brand name doesn't really matter (thjnk I have Tipo and Wiz ones).

Can these be cut and joined etc.

    You can't cut this type.

Would anyone recommend these for a 55 inch tv?
Moving on from a Philips Ambilight, was kind of hoping to try and recreate that background lighting if possible (not in line with the screen, but even the sound?)

I see that somebody is falsely claiming that this product was £6 last week. I don't know what their motivation is, but it's completely untrue.

I think they were referring to the similar "basic" (RGB) version (one colour at a time), not the segmented (RGBIC) version (that this is).

Personally I prefer the Alexa controlled version, but this is ok if you're happy with just using the Govee app via Bluetooth. (edited)

Great price for RGBIC even if only in groups of 3.

I bought these a while back, great lights but don’t confuse them with the ones that can controlled by Alexa/google as I did

Is the max brightness on these the same as their usual stuff?

Are these USB power so i stick them to a back if of a 55” oled tv?

Does anyone know if these can be used with Homeassistant?

Rubbish lights. Bought them for my daughters bedrooms only half the lights worked on one set and the other set wouldn't change colour. Sent both back.

    Garbage.
