    Was looking at exactly these and did not like the reviews. Many people get laptops that don’t work at all. I’ve never had a problem with returns to dell.

    EBay is a lottery for for this. It won’t be easy getting money back if you have a problem.

    Cold, not from Dell but Dell leasing (dont get fooled by the name). Cheaper and better value with 12 months warranty on eBay (edited)

    Also does the 12 month eBay warranty work? Asking genuinely as I’m worried about buying something like this from eBay. I was reading reviews of some sellers sending bricked units and then not replying. Sounds like a lot of people are not getting anywhere with it. (edited)

    This is the same laptop which has the dreaded motherboard issue that needs replacements very often so not very reliable unfortunately.

    Had one of these as a work laptop years ago. It was a good laptop and still would do well. Do think it's a bit pricey versus buying a second hand 74xx series on ebay

    This looks good. Been looking for a deal for a friend and like that this is from Dell.

    You might be able for a bit less on eBay etc but good specs with i7, 16GB, 512GB and 100 day limited warranty. Nice find.
