Does anyone know if I will have a problem using this disc - basically I claimed the base PS4 game from ps plus monthly games (never even played it!) but since getting a PS5 and Gold Edition coming out, I thought I'd try it but cannot buy it digitally, it just says i already own a version and Gold is unavailable.

Had a look around Reddit and found it's to do with the licences, and seen support chat transcripts where they basically can't help at all. Computer says no.

I get the feeling the disc would overwrite that, but has anyone tried this before? (edited)
