Don’t compare these to “Poundland” these are simply superior in every way - worth full price

Picked these up for £1 in poundland.

    Cold from me 🥶

Yeah, that is where I got mine from. Though probably not £1 anymore (edited)

I'm thinking of getting these. I've had chimneys removed and freshly plastered, however the new walls have got some cracks. Someone suggested that I do one coat of paint first and then fill and then do the second coat of paint what's everyone's opinion on this?

Do you have horizontal cracks on the freshly plastered area? I did the same and painted and they have only started to appear which are settling cracks. I would let it settle properly before attempting to fix it

I always use old hotel key cards, loyalty cards etc

That’s great filler but I always end up sanding it out once it’s set!

Those ones at Screwfix are carbon steel, so they will rust. The Amazon ones are stainless.

Also good for scraping burnt on food off of cast iron pans, just remember to reoil the pan afterwards

Can I use these to fill the holes left in the public purse?

Not sure but they're fit for purpose as opposed to 4 billion's worth of PPE which recently dented the public purse.
