    Define proper honey. It is Yes. At that price it should be at least. The cheaper ones seem to be blended with fructose syrups.

    I've just started on manuka honey. I mix it with apple cider vinegar.
    Sure the manuka is pricy at £40(that's cheap) a jar from amazon, but it's the real deal. Cheap honey is good for baking. But if you want honey for medicinal reasons then it costs. Manuka is just about the greatest wonder food there is.
    Youve got to decide what you want honey for. Cooking or health. (edited)
