Give them a spray of wd40 or similar, even if you keep them inside over winter I have found the finish is not durable, so some sort of water dispersant or protector would be a sound investment in my experience.

Why is everyone complaining about these rusting? You're not meant to be leaving these outside uncovered all year round. Don't blame the product for your neglect.

Went rusty after 1 year, and leaked rusty water on the patio. The elastic also rotted after 2 years.

Yeah these are definitely not water proof. We always take ours inside and put in the shed when it rains, have had ours for about four years so far with no issues.

I think every time these type of chairs appear on here, someone needs to tell the emperor they're naked! They are bl**dy uncomfortable unless you weigh less than the actual Barbie doll or you're a LOTR rock monster. It's like laying on a communist trampoline....devoid of elasticity. I think the only reason they exist is because they fold completely flat for storage and you can easily wipe sun cream off of them. But if you actually want to feel comfortable whilst tanning....give these a miss. (edited)

Bought 2 years ago and still in perfect nick. Kept in garage when not in use.

Perfect we love ours. Super comfy a sturdy. Paid £45 a few years ago I think. £34 is a steal if looked after. Would never leave them out will rust to nothing. Silly if you do.

Like everyone else says you really have to take care of these and keep them dry or they will rust in no time.

Looks like we won’t get chance to use them this summer!

Summer was those two warm weeks in June. Now we're firmly in autumn

If you haven’t sat it one of these before make sure you try one first. For me, the seating position is awkward and it’s hard to get comfortable in one. (I’m not obese)

    Awful......rust and split..... avoid

Anyone spotted these around stoke? Don't fancy a wild goose chase

Bought these a few weeks ago to go with another pair that are a couple of years old. They’ll definitely rust if allowed to get wet but ours are fine kept in an under cover area in the garden.

Dunelm have clearly seen the forecast for the rest of the summer getting rid of these early! (edited)

Went into the Leicester/Thurmaston store over the weekend to pick up an order, checked the price of these as they were in the sale section, sadly they were still full price.
