    What does this product do? Are people buying it because its tasty, or is it nutritional? Is this for use when exercising or just general?

    Tbh the amount in these make them pretty irrelevant, maybe you could say the magnesium, but even then it's like 10% of RDA, and isn't going to absorb in time to make any use of it

    You can buy magnesium powder and lo salt and have the equivalent of this for pennies, they are quite convenient though.

    But most people claiming any benefit from this is pure placebo


    just to substantate this is relatable quantities, it's like eating a 10grams of potatoes, or a few sips of coconut water, and I'm pretty sure we'd all agree that isn't going to cure you hangover or give you an epic workout (edited)
